Harold is an experienced transactional attorney with a primary focus on real estate. His practice emphasizes the representation of lenders, builders, entrepreneurs, investors and other parties engaged in the development and management of a wide range of industrial, commercial, residential and mixed-use projects.

Harold represents institutional lenders in virtually all aspects of commercial real estate and corporate loan transactions. On behalf of property managers, owners and tenants, he negotiates a range of leases and provides counsel with respect to the acquisition, development and financing of real estate projects. He is also experienced in negotiating workouts in loan transactions for lender and borrower clients. A certified public accountant, he also advises clients on a range of legal and business issues.

Harold speaks and has written articles on a wide variety of real estate topics for industry trade and professional organizations.
