Ying has nearly two decades of experience providing paralegal support in a wide range of transactional matters.

Prior to joining Much, Ying served as a paralegal in the Chicago offices of several multinational firms, assisting attorneys with due diligence, UCC financing statements, UCC lien searches, incorporation and formation documents, and other transaction documentation.
