Todd is a tenured human resources professional with more than 20 years of progressive experience in the HR arena within the legal community. Todd is a strong leader of people, lifelong learner, active listener, and creative decision maker.
Todd is responsible for direct leadership of some of the firm's most important HR operations, including employee relations, benefit administration, and performance management.
Todd is also strategically involved with Much's Diversity, Equity & Inclusion initiative as well as staff recruitment, policy development, and compensation.
He is responsible for managing the firm's facilities.
