Janiece assists attorneys with their clients’ commercial real estate transactions involving complex acquisitions, sales, and loans for various offices, retail spaces, industrial properties, landfills, mobile home parks, and film studios. Specifically, she has supported:

  • The successful close of a portfolio sale of 28 mobile home parks in six states
  • One of the largest sales of a multi-site film studio in Chicago
  • The successful acquisition of a 405-acre landfill site in rural Illinois

During her successful career, she has worked with attorneys, clients, and real estate services vendors during high-pressure, time-sensitive situations to deliver consistent, high-quality work and optimal results.

I am passionate about senior care. I know from firsthand experience how important healthy spaces and reliable services are for our elderly. At Much, we work with nursing homes and assisted living facilities, so I feel very fortunate that my work, indirectly, plays a small role in helping make someone’s life better.
