Cathy has supported Much’s Real Estate group since 2005. She assists with the administration and management of real estate tax assessments for properties located in Cook County as well as surrounding suburban counties. Her knowledge of and experience in the industry and at Much makes her an asset to attorneys and their clients.

Her current responsibilities include:

• Obtaining and analyzing assessment data
• Preparing forms and supporting documentation
• Working with property owners to gather the necessary documentation to file an appeal
• Monitoring client document requests and deadlines
• Communicating pertinent information to clients
• Preparing complaints at both the Cook County Assessor and Board of Review level
• Calculating client fees from results at the Cook County Assessor, Board of Review, and Property Tax Appeal Board
• Maintaining databases
