Anthony provides technical expertise and guidance regarding the collection, review, production, and presentation of Electronically Stored Information (ESI) for use in litigation. Whether emails, text messages, drawings, or other documents, Anthony directs the flow of data along the various stages of the Electronic Discovery Reference Model (EDRM) and helps maintain and monitor essential project tracking mechanisms.
When he joined Much, Anthony streamlined the firm's discovery processes to incorporate industry best practices and drive optimal outcomes for clients. In addition to documenting and templatizing litigation holds, data mapping, custodian interviews, discovery conferences, ESI protocols, and early case assessment (ECA), Anthony has developed and led presentations on litigation readiness, information governance, and strategic discovery planning. He also directs and oversees external discovery vendor relationships, including contract negotiation and billing review.
Anthony's background includes project management, data analytics, computer forensics, digital evidence processing, and database administration. He holds multiple e-discovery software certifications in Relativity, NUIX, and CS DISCO.
