Tyler Bartholome and Priya Thennarasu to Present on Corporate Transparency Act

Tyler Bartholome, associate in Much’s Corporate & Finance group, and Priya Thennarasu, associate in Much’s Estate Planning & Wealth Transfer group, will present on the Corporate Transparency Act at a seminar hosted by the Illinois State Bar Association’s Trust and Estates Section on February 20. Their presentation will cover entities that are required to report under the act, information that needs to be reported to FinCEN, and reporting deadlines for new and existing entities.
