Steve Blonder Appointed President of the Board of Directors at The ARK

Steve Blonder, a principal and member of the firm's Management Committee, has been named president of The ARK Chicago's Board of Directors. The ARK is a long-time nonprofit organization that annually supports over 4,000 area Jews facing adversity by providing free, high-quality care and support. With more than 2,000 volunteers, The ARK is an integral part of the Chicagoland community.

Steve has been a board member of The ARK since 2016, and his appointment to the leadership team, along with CEO Marna Goldwin and Chief Sustainability and Innovation Officer Michael Garlin, comes just as the organization enters its 50th year of service. Steve will work alongside staff, clients and directors to elevate The ARK's established programs for current and changing needs.

"Over the past four years, I've seen firsthand how The ARK touches thousands of lives," said Steve. "I'm honored to continue to work with this team to serve the Jewish community and look forward to broadening our reach to ensure that we continue to serve those in need."

Steve is also chair of Much Community, the firm's social responsibility initiative. Before serving as president of The ARK's Board of Directors, he was first treasurer and then vice president.
