How many times must a man look up
Before he can see the sky?

And how many ears must one man have
Before he can hear people cry?
Yes, and how many deaths will it take 'til he knows
That too many people have died?

The answer, my friend, is blowin' in the wind
The answer is blowin' in the wind

Bob Dylan’s protest song from the 1960s remains relevant today. As horrible stories of hate against the Asian American community have come to light over the past week, the fight against prejudice and violence continues. How many more cries? How many more deaths?

As we strive to change, grow, stand up and support communities of color – to make the world a better place – how much more will it take?

Which group will be the next to suffer senseless hatred, injury and death?

As a firm dedicated to making a difference, we know one thing – there will be a next group.

To our Asian American friends, colleagues and clients, we stand with you. We hear your cries. We mourn your deaths.

We remain ready to listen, to learn and to act.
