Much is pleased to announce the promotion of Nicholas McIntyre, who was elevated from associate to principal in the Real Estate group.

Nick advises clients on a variety of real estate tax matters related to commercial, industrial, residential, and mixed-used developments. He works closely with owners throughout the Chicagoland area to minimize the assessment and real estate taxes on their properties.
Nick is able to leverage the full potential of his clients' real estate assets by drawing on his experience in tax assessment valuations, incentive classifications, tax exemptions, and tax increment financing (TIF). He regularly practices before the Property Tax Appeal Board as well as local assessors' offices and boards in counties throughout Illinois.
Nick has a J.D. from Chicago-Kent College of Law and a bachelor's degree from Marquette University. He serves on the Scenemakers Board at the Goodman Theater, the oldest and largest nonprofit theater in Chicago.
