Firms included in the 2016 "Best Law Firms” list are recognized for professional excellence with persistently impressive ratings from clients and peers, quality law practice and breadth of legal knowledge.
The following attorneys were also named to the prestigious list for their work:
- Josh M. Leavitt, Co-chair, Construction Law
- Warren Lupel, Principal, Litigation and Dispute Resolution
- Jeffrey M. Schwartz, Chair, Creditors’ Rights, Insolvency & Business Bankruptcy
“Our firm is greatly honored to receive this recognition," said Mitchell S. Roth, Managing Partner. “It is a testament to our attorneys’ devotion to best-in-class client service, the depth and breadth of our individual practice work, and our mission to advance the high-quality practice of law.”
The U.S. News and World Report’s “Best Lawyers” and “Best Law Firms" rankings are based on a rigorous evaluation process that includes the collection of client and lawyer evaluations, peer reviews from leading attorneys in their fields, and review of additional information provided by law firms as part of the formal submission process. To be eligible for a ranking, a firm must have a lawyer listed in The Best Lawyers in America, which recognizes the top 4 percent of practicing attorneys in the U.S. More than 21,000 attorneys provided almost 700,000 law firm assessments, and more than 8,000 clients provided more than 47,000 evaluations.
