Much Shelist is pleased to announce that Evan Brown, a Principal in the firm’s Intellectual Property & Technology Law practice group, has been named a delegate to the International Alliance of Law Firms. Much Shelist’s involvement with the Alliance gives our clients access to topnotch legal services in major business centers in 42 countries across the world. The Alliance has grown rapidly since it was formed in 1990, now totaling 63 firms in Europe, the Middle East and Africa, Asia Pacific, and North and South America. 

An experienced litigator in state and federal court, Evan has defended clients’ rights in copyright and trademark infringement disputes, breach of contract, and matters related to unauthorized access to computer systems and communications. Evan also serves as a panelist that decides domain name disputes for the World Intellectual Property Organization in Geneva, Switzerland. He joins Marty O’Hara, Vice Chair of the firm's Litigation & Dispute Resolution practice group, in his role as delegate.
