Marty O’Hara to Present to Practising Law Institute on Ethics and Risk Management

Marty O’Hara, principal in Much’s Commercial Litigation group, will speak at the Illinois Professional Responsibility MCLE Marathon, hosted by the Practising Law Institute, on May 6. He will discuss recent developments in the world of ethics and risk management and provide strategies to reduce risk and avoid or mitigate malpractice claims. His presentation will also cover professional responsibility considerations for the evolving landscape of legal practice.
