As a member of the Management Committee, Sheryl helps drive firm strategy and ensures firm policies reflect inclusivity and industry best practices, while aligning with the firm’s people-first philosophy. She chaired Much’s Labor & Employment group for 11 years and continues to advise clients on virtually every type of employment decision. She also co-leads Much University, where she spearheads professional development initiatives.
