Much Managing Partner Courtney Mayster joined the Board of Directors of Chicago Menopause Collective. Mayster will serve as a champion of women’s health, supporting the organization’s mission to connect midlife women with trusted resources and expert physicians to guide them through their menopause journeys.
Mayster’s involvement with Chicago Menopause Collective is a natural extension of her commitment to women’s health, both professionally and personally. A dedicated advocate, she believes women deserve access to information and care at every stage of life, free from uncertainty and discomfort.
“Until recently, ‘menopause’ was practically a bad word. Women deserve better,” Mayster said. “Women's health is finally having its moment, and Chicago Menopause Collective is leading that charge in Chicago.”
Mayster also serves on the Board of Directors of No Shame On U, an organization dedicated to breaking the stigma surrounding mental health. Across both roles, Mayster is driven by the belief that women should feel empowered to speak openly about their health and should not have to navigate life's significant health experiences alone.
“Chicago Menopause Collective is leveling the playing field and ensuring every woman, regardless of background, has access to the education, resources, and trusted health care providers she needs to navigate perimenopause and menopause with confidence,” Mayster said. “I am proud to be part of the mission.”
