“As the first woman Managing Partner at Much, I want to open more doors for women behind me. Growing up in the legal profession, I had great mentors, but I didn’t have any female mentors. I never got to see a female attorney in a high-level position. Now that I’m in a high-level position, I want to give back to the women behind me. If they want it, I want to be there to support them and mentor them.”
