Chicago Tribune Recognizes Much as a Top Workplace for the Ninth Year

Much is pleased to announce that the firm has been recognized as a Top Workplace by the Chicago Tribune for the ninth time. Inclusion on this prestigious annual list is based on employee feedback gathered through a third-party survey. This year's results showcase our collaborative culture and the Much team's dedication to the meaningful work we do.

The anonymous survey measures 15 drivers of engaged cultures that are critical to the success of any organization, including alignment, execution, and connection. Energage, an employee engagement technology partner, administers the survey. To be considered a Top Workplace, an organization must have at least 100 employees in the Chicagoland area and receive survey feedback that employees enjoy their work, embrace their organization's mission, and feel they have adequate access to development opportunities.

"Being recognized in the Chicago Tribune's list of Top Workplaces is an honor," said Co-Chairman Mitchell Roth. "This year continued to bring unprecedented challenges, and the Much team stepped up at every turn, preserving our culture of collaboration, kindness, and service."

Out of 200 award recipients, Much was one of only five law firms included in this year's list.
