Charlotte Franklin Recognized as a Go-To Thought Leader by National Law Review

Charlotte Franklin, associate in the firm’s Labor & Employment group, has been recognized by the National Law Review as a 2022 “Go-To Thought Leader” for her article on a New York law regarding electronic monitoring of employees.

Award recipients are selected annually from a pool of over 100,000 legal news articles published by the National Law Review. This year, only 75 authors were honored – less than 1 percent of the publication’s contributors. When evaluating candidates, the National Law Review looked for authors who demonstrated “exceptional expertise in their legal specialty ... [as well as] strategic insight and overall industry knowledge.”

In her practice, Charlotte counsels clients on all labor and employment matters. She works with a diverse client base, representing employers of all sizes in in state and federal court and administrative agency proceedings against claims such as wage and hour violations, discrimination and failure to accommodate, and breach of contract.
