Camille Khodadad, principal in the firm's Labor & Employment group and co-chair of the Much Women's Initiative, will present on February 11 to the "Women and Leadership" class at Loyola University Chicago School of Law. She will explore the "confidence gap," leading a discussion on the impact of confidence on women's career progress. Camille will also examine the COVID-19 pandemic's short- and long-term effects on women's advancement in the workplace, particularly for women of color.
Loyola's Women and Leadership course examines the internal and external obstacles that prevent women from reaching leadership positions in proportional numbers. Students hear from women leaders who discuss their experiences and the decisions that helped shape their careers.
