Workplace pride.

Much is a full-service law firm with an entrepreneurial spirit. We were selected by the Chicago Tribune as one of Chicago’s Top 100 Workplaces of 2012, 2013, 2014, 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018, 2020 and 2021. We are deeply committed to attracting and retaining exceptional talent. Ours is a firm that values all members of our team, no matter their background, role or responsibilities. We invite you to explore this website to learn more about Much, our unique culture and the opportunities we offer.

We love our staff.

Law firms are intense places to work. Every attorney at Much knows things run more smoothly here because of the efforts of our dedicated staff. An office full of lawyers alone wouldn’t get much done. We never lose sight of that fact. And we maintain a community of respect and appreciation for the contributions of every employee.

We do great work for our clients, but we also know how to have a great time. The high attendance we enjoy at firm-sponsored events—such as monthly staff lunches, annual ping pong tournament and baking competition, holiday party, summer outing, health & fitness program, Diversity Day celebration and summer softball games—shows just how much we genuinely like each other. At Much, our staff is as much a part of the team (softball or not) as anyone. In fact, our first nomination for the Chicago Tribune Top Workplaces honor came from one of our staff members, not an attorney.

Much offers a comprehensive benefits package for our non-exempt staff members, which includes:

  • Health Insurance (PPO, HMO, HSA)
  • Prescription drug coverage
  • Dental care
  • Health care and/or dependent care flexible spending accounts
