For all partners, a yearly performance review recognizes accomplishments and sets goals to build on them. Associates complete a self-evaluation and are reviewed annually by supervising attorneys. Then a professional development plan (“Path to Success”) is used to set goals. Our Associates use this plan to guide their career goals and identify areas for professional, and personal, development. We’re not just checking billable hours. We focus on communication skills, professional judgment, collaborative efforts, and a commitment to the firm culture.
