Newport Beach, CA

Jonathan is a principal in the firm's Labor & Employment and Commercial Litigation groups. He represents clients in employment, commercial, and product liability litigation in California and federal courts. Jonathan works with clients through all phases of labor contract negotiations and impact bargaining, including non-binding impasse procedures and binding interest arbitration. He is experienced in day-to-day labor relations and administration and enforcement of labor contracts, including "meet-and-confer" negotiations, contract arbitrations, representation issues, and unfair labor practice litigation.
