As Chief Strategy Officer, Brie helps guide the firm’s strategic direction and growth, drawing from over two decades of experience leading human-centered organizational change in professional and legal services firms.
Brie executes the firm’s vision and seeks out strategic expansion options, focusing on client service growth and opportunities. She supports practice leadership in solving complex problems, leveraging market research, building successful industry teams, and creating and executing business development plans.
Additionally, Brie advises on succession planning and helps develop the next generation of leadership. She provides leadership coaching at the firm in the areas of design thinking, business development, DISC and communication styles, and change management.
Using her strong background in change management, Brie encourages shaking up the status quo with thoughtful innovation while being mindful of the human element and psychology behind change. She collaborates with various departments on strategic recruiting planning, effective positioning and promotion opportunities, and client engagement.
Brie is regularly invited to speak at industry conferences and association meetings and has authored many articles over the years. Throughout her career, she has held multiple national leadership, sales, and marketing positions that inform her strategic perspective.
As a technology change management consultant to law firms for over a decade, Brie has been honored by the International Legal Technology Association (ILTA) as Consultant of the Year and Thought Leader of the Year (finalist).
