Much Welcomes David Nightingale to Chambers-Ranked Construction Practice

Much is pleased to announce that David Nightingale, an experienced trial and transactional attorney, has joined the firm as a principal in the Chambers-ranked Construction Law group.

David represents clients in a broad array of construction, real estate, and contractual matters. He advises developers, investors, owners, tenants, investment funds, contractors and subcontractors, privately held and family-owned companies, and corporations throughout the bid and contract process and provides his clients with strategic advice on ways to minimize cost and risk throughout the construction project lifecycle.

"We are excited to welcome David to our growing Construction Law team. His extensive experience on both the litigation and the transactional sides of matters will be incredibly valuable to our clients," said Scott Fradin, co-chair of the firm's Construction practice.

Before joining Much, David was an attorney at Hinshaw & Culbertson LLP. David holds a bachelor's degree from University of Michigan and a J.D. from DePaul University College of Law.
