Much Shelist Welcomes Nicholas Brankle as Intellectual Property & Technology Associate
Much Shelist is pleased to announce that Nicholas Brankle has joined the firm as an associate in the Intellectual Property & Technology group.
Brankle counsels clients on a wide range of transactional and regulatory matters in the technology, privacy and intellectual property arenas. He regularly drafts commercial contracts for companies of all sizes, including licensing agreements, statements of work and data services agreements. Brankle also has extensive experience developing and implementing privacy programs to ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
Brankle holds a bachelor's degree from Wabash College and a J.D. from Chicago-Kent College of Law.
