In 2016, our Real Estate team handled more than 350 commercial, condominium, health care, industrial, land, multi-family, office, retail and student housing transactions in Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, North Dakota, South Dakota, Ohio, Tennessee and Wisconsin. Included in that total, Much Shelist helped clients lease over one million square feet of space throughout the country, including lease transactions for Mariano’s, Veritone, M. Block, American Landmark Properties, and Deere & Co.
