Mitchell Roth Named to Advisory Board of Managing Partner Forum
Slated as Only Managing Partner Panelist at Forum’s 2014 Leadership Conference General Session
Much Shelist announced that Managing Partner Mitchell S. Roth has been appointed to the Advisory Board of the Managing Partner Forum. In addition, Roth will be a panelist at the Forum’s Leadership Conference on May 8, 2014, at the Capital City Club in Atlanta.
The Managing Partner Forum provides education, networking and leadership development opportunities to law firm managing partners. Its Advisory Board consists of 34 law firm leaders from some of the most successful firms in the nation, and provides guidance and recommendations regarding educational topics, program formats and faculty to help Forum organizers deliver high-caliber programs and content for law firm leaders.
“We are excited to add Mitchell to our Advisory Board,” said John Remsen, Jr., President and CEO of The Managing Partner Forum. “His impressive track record as a well-respected law firm leader and managing partner, combined with his prior experience owning and running a business, will add even greater depth to our Board and provide the strategic insights our attendees seek during our annual leadership conferences.”
During the Forum’s 2014 Leadership Conference, Roth will participate in the General Session panel, “What are Today’s Firms Doing and What Say the Experts?” The discussion will explore critical issues such as strategic and succession planning, growth strategies, practice group development, compensation systems, lateral recruitment and retention, and marketing and business development, among others.
Every year, this full-day conference gathers law firm managing partners from across the country. This year, nearly 100 attendees will hear from leading law firm consultants and successful managing partners, and have the opportunity to network with peers. To date, more than 825 firm leaders from 700 law firms have attended and participated in the Forum’s leadership conferences.
