Jason Rosenthal Admitted to American College of Coverage Counsel

Much is pleased to announce that Jason M. Rosenthal, chair of the firm's Commercial Litigation group, has become a fellow of the American College of Coverage Counsel (ACCC). The ACCC is the preeminent association of lawyers who represent the interests of insurers and policyholders in disputes arising out of insurance policies.

Jason is an accomplished business litigator, with significant experience representing corporate policyholders in insurance coverage disputes. "Insurance is a key component of most corporate transactions, a key driver of litigation, and an important risk-shifting tool for most businesses," said Jason. "I am honored to join this prestigious group of attorneys and look forward to working together to advance the field of insurance law."

The ACCC, established in 2012, is an invitation-only organization of senior lawyers who have devoted most of their practice to insurance disputes for 15 years or more. The ACCC's fellows include many of the most prominent members of the insurance law bars of the United States and Canada, as well as honorary fellows from academia and the judiciary.

The ACCC's mission is to advance the creative, ethical, and efficient resolution of insurance coverage and extracontractual disputes; to enhance the civility and quality of the practice of insurance law; to provide peer-reviewed scholarship; and to improve the relationships among the members of the profession.

"The ACCC is delighted to welcome Jason Rosenthal as the latest member to become actively involved in its work," said ACCC President Sherilyn Pastor.
