Eighteen Much Shelist Attorneys Earn Illinois Super Lawyers, Rising Stars Designation for 2013
Much Shelist is pleased to announce that 13 attorneys have been selected as 2013 Illinois Super Lawyers. Each year, no more than five percent of Illinois lawyers receive this honor. In addition, five attorneys have been named Illinois Rising Stars, which is dedicated to those lawyers who are under 40 and practicing fewer than 10 years. No more than 2.5 percent of the lawyers in the state receive this honor each year.
Super Lawyers, a Thomson Reuters business, is a rating service of outstanding lawyers. Attorneys are selected using a rigorous, multiphase rating process. Peer nominations and evaluations are combined with third-party research. Each candidate is evaluated on 12 indicators of peer recognition and professional achievement.
