Much Shelist is pleased to announce that 13 attorneys have been selected as 2013 Illinois Super Lawyers. Each year, no more than five percent of Illinois lawyers receive this honor. In addition, five attorneys have been named  Illinois Rising Stars, which is dedicated to those lawyers who are under 40 and practicing fewer than 10 years. No more than 2.5 percent of the lawyers in the state receive this honor each year.

Super Lawyers, a Thomson Reuters business, is a rating service of outstanding lawyers. Attorneys are selected using a rigorous, multiphase rating process.
