Google has seen a rise in scams related to the COVID-19 pandemic in the form of websites set up to engage in phishing, or fraudulent attempts to obtain sensitive information such as usernames, passwords and financial details. Companies in all industries are at risk as an increasing number of organizations are turning to online communications and processes to accommodate remote work.
