Ned Milenkovich, co-chair of the firm's Health Care practice, authored an article for <em>Pharmacy Times</em> that analyzed the history of licensing in the pharmacy profession. He discussed the New Orleans Pharmacy Museum, a former apothecary that was constructed in 1823 for the nation's first licensed pharmacist, and how modern pharmacies are branching out into activities that range far beyond their traditionally licensed roles.
