Josh Leavitt and Max Kanter will participate in the Practising Law Institute's 21st Annual Commercial Real Estate Institute on October 23-24 in Chicago. Josh, who is serving as chair of the Chicago event, will present on construction issues, including drafting solid construction contracts, dispute resolution clauses and standardized "form" documents. Max, a principal in the firm's Real Estate group, will present on commercial leasing, including landlord and tenant negotiation goals, construction and build-outs, and the impact of the changing market on long-term leases.
