Norm handles a wide range of commercial transactions for family and closely owned businesses, including tax and corporate planning and the sale and acquisition of businesses. 

Norm also provides estate plans for large and medium-sized estates, making creative use of tax-saving techniques to minimize estate and inheritance taxes. He establishes trusts and administers estates using simplified administration. 

In real estate matters, Norm provides a full range of services to general and trade contractors, developers, office building owners, banks and institutional lenders. He assists insurance companies and policyholders in resolving coverage issues and defending professional liability claims.
