His practice is comprehensive, ranging from counseling young parents as they plan for the care of their children to formulating sophisticated estate tax and income tax strategies for high-net-worth individuals. Luke is licensed to practice in Illinois and Florida and regularly counsels clients on tax and other issues related to changing residency.

He combines an approachable demeanor with a nuanced understanding of probate proceedings and trust administration, using techniques such as non-judicial settlement agreements and trust decanting to achieve resolution.
