Workplace Harassment & Other Training Programs

Anti-harassment policies are both a sword and shield:  a sword to stop or prevent harassment and a shield to protect your company from liability.  Much Shelist drafts anti-harassment policies and conducts anti-harassment training to help you develop the skills to avoid, identify and respond effectively to workplace harassment.  When internal harassment complaints are made, we assist employers in investigating and resolving those complaints.

In addition to anti-harassment training, Much Shelist trains employers on hiring practices (e.g., the pitfalls to avoid while interviewing applicants, the job-related questions you can ask and how to properly handle pre-employment drug testing).  Because the greatest percentage of employment litigation arises out of terminations, we train employers on how to document and handle discharges to reduce the risk of liability from lawsuits.  We also help employers respond to employee requests for disability accommodations and FMLA leave.
