Trustees

The attorneys of the firm's Bankruptcy, Reorganization & Creditors' Rights practice regularly serve as trustees in bankruptcy proceedings. We also represent and assist other individuals who serve as Chapter 7 and Chapter 11 bankruptcy trustees in fulfilling the duties imposed on them under the Bankruptcy Code.
