AT WORK
Jonna Daleiden Eimer concentrates her transactional practice in mergers and acquisitions and general corporate law. Jonna represents a wide variety of organizations, from large corporate clients to smaller, entrepreneurial companies. She negotiates and documents complex mergers; stock and asset acquisitions and dispositions; employment and consulting agreements; and stockholder, limited liability company and partnership agreements. In addition, Jonna represents companies in connection with private placements of securities. She also handles a variety of other general corporate transactions.

Jonna is a member of the Chicago Bar Association and the American Bar Association.
IN THE COMMUNITY
Jonna is active on the Board of Directors of the North Shore Medical Research Junior Board and serves as its Legal Liaison and Secretary. She also has worked on behalf of the Hebrew Immigration Aid Society (HIAS) and volunteers with Maot Chitim of Greater Chicago. In addition, Jonna assists in pre-law advising and career counseling at Lake Forest College and volunteers regularly at Westbrook Elementary School in Glenview, Illinois.
