Wealth Transfer & Succession Planning
AT WORK
Gregory B. Mann, who serves as Vice Chair of the firm's Wealth Transfer & Succession Planning group, designs and implements estate and gift tax plans for individuals and family groups. His work also includes implementing succession planning techniques for closely held corporations, administering probate estates, income tax planning, and preparing gift and estate tax returns. Greg also handles a variety of transactional matters for the firm's corporate clients.
IN THE PROFESSION
Greg is a member of the Chicago Bar Association (Probate Practice Group and Federal Tax Committee). In 2007, he was selected by the Law Bulletin Publishing Company as one of the "40 Illinois Attorneys Under Forty to Watch." Greg was also designated an Illinois Rising Star in 2008.
