AT WORK
Carrie M. Risatti is a member of the firm's Real Estate practice group, where she represents clients in all aspects of real estate development and finance. Carrie focuses her practice on the representation of developers, investors and lenders in multifamily, retail and industrial development projects, including property acquisition, construction of buildings and infrastructure, sales and leasing, and construction and permanent financing. Additionally, Carrie has significant experience representing real estate investment trusts (REITs), as well as representing clients in tax-deferred exchanges, acquisitions and dispositions.
Carrie is fluent in Italian and proficient in French.
IN THE PROFESSION
Carrie is a member of the Chicago Bar Association and the American Bar Association's Real Property, Probate and Trust Law Section. She was also designated an Illinois Rising Star in 2008.
IN THE COMMUNITY
Carrie is the regional Law Alumni Liaison for Washington & Lee University. She is also a member of the Junior League of Chicago, the Professional Women's Club of Chicago and the Chicago Council on Global Affairs.
