Brad A. Levin represents a diverse range of clients, including entrepreneurs and small to mid-sized businesses in both day-to-day and strategic transactions, often acting as outside general counsel. His transactional practice includes counseling clients in stock and asset acquisitions, as well as in merger and joint venture transactions. Brad has extensive experience in negotiating and drafting a wide array of business documentation, including shareholders agreements, operating agreements, and licensing and distribution agreements. As part of his corporate practice, Brad also advises companies and private equity funds in connection with raising capital through private placement securities offerings.
Brad also provides clients with effective, practical legal guidance in a broad range of employment matters, including hiring practices, terminations, disciplinary procedures, privacy concerns, non-compete and non-solicitation agreements, employment contracts, and the development, documentation and enforcement of sexual harassment, non-discrimination and other personnel-related policies.
Brad’s clients come from all sectors of the Midwest economy, including the manufacturing, automotive, restaurant and entertainment industries.

Brad is a member of the American Bar Association, the Illinois State Bar Association (Employment Law Committee) and the Chicago Bar Association. He is a contributor to legal and industry publications, for which he has written on topics such as employment law, hiring practices and contracts.
IN THE COMMUNITY
Brad is a coach for the Highland Park High School Mock Trial team, helping organize events and prepare students for both local and statewide competitions throughout the school year.
