Much Shelist Welcomes Neil B. Posner, Expands Insurance Coverage Practice
CHICAGO, Illinois – February 14, 2006 – Chicago-based law firm Much Shelist announces the addition of Neil B. Posner (56) as a principal and head of the firm's growing Policyholders' Insurance Coverage department.
Posner, who was previously a partner at Sachnoff & Weaver, Ltd. in Chicago, counsels and represents policyholders on a wide variety of insurance coverage matters, negotiates cost-effective resolutions to disputes and successfully litigates when necessary. With specific emphasis on insurance recovery and dispute resolution, risk management, loss prevention, cost containment and corporate governance, he has advised clients ranging from small nonprofit organizations and closely held businesses to Fortune 500 companies. He was also recently named a 2006 Illinois Super Lawyer in the insurance coverage category.
